The Highland Building is a 40,000-square-foot office building with 39 professional office condos located in the Poncey Highland neighborhood in Atlanta.
The Highland Building is a historical brick structure that was built in 1924 and originally used as a Sunday school for Druid Hills Methodist Church. The building is said to have been designed by prominent Atlanta architect J. Neel Reid, who transformed the city's architecture from an ornate Victorian style to the classical style of Greece and Rome. It was renovated in 2004 by Joe Laster, president of Abraham Properties LLC and converted into 39 office suites ranging from 250 to 3,000 square feet.
The Highland Building is located in Poncey Highland which is ranked #2 most walkable neighborhood in Atlanta.
